Before your first appointment, you fill out a form with your basic information, a brief medical history and anything else you would like me to know to ensure you get the best massage possible.
After that I do an assessment including posture observations and range of motion testing. This enables me to plan an effective massage that meet your needs.
If you need to cancel an appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. 50 % of the cost of the massage scheduled is charged for no show or no cancellation. You can cancel by sending me a text message at 044 99 44 834.
